What happens during an (initial) Acupuncture appointment?
After booking, you will receive an email confirming your appointment from "Acuity". Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this. ​​​​Payment is by card (onsite) only.

Terms & Conditions: Patients arriving late will unfortunately not receive the full treatment time if another patient is scheduled straight afterwards. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling or a charge will be made. If you do not show or let us know of your delay to your appointment, then we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of your treatment.​
