Passionate practitioner dedicated to your health, providing treatment based on your individual needs.

I am dedicated to helping people on their path to better health by offering a high-quality acupuncture service. With a special interest in mental well-being, I provide individualised treatment designed to restore balance and stimulate the body's natural capacity to heal.

Alongside clinical practice, my work in acupuncture education and professional governance informs a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to patient care.

Biography

My journey to healthcare began after a 20-year career as a corporate executive. Having spent over two decades in high-pressure environments, I developed a deep understanding of the mental health challenges and burnout that modern professionals face.

I graduated with First Class BSc honours from Kingston University after training at the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. Today, I combine this training with ten years of experience as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am committed to raising the standards of our profession through my leadership and research roles, ensuring the highest level of care for my patients in Hildenborough and Sevenoaks.

My Approach

I am passionate about Yang Sheng: to nourish and protect life according to the 2000-year-old Chinese Medicine system. I support  a variety of conditions such as -but not limited to- stress, anxiety, headaches, insomnia, fertility, gynaecological issues, musculoskeletal and acupuncture to help support cancer patients. Or some people just want to try out Acupuncture as prevention or to restore and reharmonise their Qi, our life force energy. They often notice a difference after treatment, feeling more relaxed, balanced, and grounded in the following days.

While I treat a wide range of conditions, I hold a special clinical interest in mental health and emotional resilience.  I believe that true recovery happens when we treat the whole person, ensuring the mind is as supported as the body. By focusing on the nervous system regulation and the 'mind-body' connection, I support my patients move from a state of stress or burnout back into a state of long-term balance.
