Workshops & Talks
Alongside my clinical practice, I offer workshops and group sessions for organisations, teams, and private groups focused on stress, nervous system regulation, recovery, and sustainable performance.
Before moving into clinical practice, I worked in corporate environments myself, and alongside my work as an acupuncturist I continue to work within research, education, and professional leadership roles (about me). This gives me both a clinical understanding of stress and recovery, and a practical understanding of the pressures many people experience within modern working life.
My approach is calm, practical, and evidence-informed. These sessions combine clear teaching with guided techniques designed to help people manage pressure more effectively, improve focus and clarity, and feel more regulated in day-to-day life.
Workshops are available both in-person and via Zoom (60-90 minutes), and can be adapted depending on the needs of the team or organisation.

Meditation & Regulation Classes
I also offer guided meditation and regulation-based classes designed to support calm, recovery, and nervous system balance in a practical and accessible way.
